Job summary

XIAO LONG KAN DINING PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated cook to assist in food preparation and ensure the freshness and quality of every dish in a fast-paced F&B environment in Singapore.

You will maintain kitchen cleanliness, follow hygiene standards, and work under the Chef's direction, including night shifts when required. Applicants should have at least 2 years of cooking experience in quick service, fast food, or hotel settings, and may possess a Diploma/Professional Certificate in Culinary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a cook in fast paced F&B industry (quick service restaurant, fast food chains, Hotel etc)
• Sound knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
• Required knowledge in Chinese cuisine.
