Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Early Childhood leader to provide professional expertise, lead daily centre operations, and uphold quality standards.

You will supervise staff, ensure a warm, welcoming environment for children, and maintain safety and hygiene across the centre while communicating effectively with parents and team. Strong leadership and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree and/or Diploma in Early Childhood (Leadership).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a pre-school.
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
