Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Early Childhood leader to guide a preschool centre. You will oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure high-quality standards while keeping children safe and engaged.

The role requires a Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership, a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience, and experience with SPARK Accreditation. You will report to the centre's governance and collaborate with parents to sustain a nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

• Degree and/or Diploma in Early Childhood (Leadership).
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a pre-school.
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience leading SPARK Accreditation processes.

Provide professional Early Childhood expertise, leadership and ensure consistent deliverance of quality standards.

Practice effective leadership in managing all-rounded aspects of daily centre operations.

Ensure teachers provides a warm and welcoming environment for children to feel invited.

Supervise staff is able provide safety and hygiene for the centre

Ensure safety and hygiene of the children.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Maintain good communication with the parents and staff

Review and improve the centre's policies, philosophy, and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Degree and/or Diploma in Early Childhood (Leadership)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a pre-school
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Experience in leading and managing the team in SPARK Accreditation process
