Job summary

Keywords Studios Asia is seeking experienced Technical Designers and Gameplay Engineers for its Singapore studio, on-site, to work on an exciting AAA project. This six-month contract may be extended based on project needs and performance.

You will design, prototype and implement gameplay systems, collaborating with design, engineering and art teams, while contributing to the overall gameplay experience and feature delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Design, Gameplay Engineering or related role.
• Experience with AAA game development.
• Proficient in gameplay scripting languages (C++, C#, Lua, Blueprint).
• Able to collaborate across design and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex gameplay systems and content.
• Write gameplay scripts to prototype designs.
• Maintain technical design docs for gameplay systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, art and other disciplines to plan implementations.
• Drive production of features to meet deadlines.
• Conduct playtesting to inform iterations.
• Polish gameplay to meet quality standards.
