Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Account Manager to manage assigned customer accounts, act as primary commercial contact, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

You will coordinate with engineering teams on feasibility and support cross-region activities across Singapore, Malaysia, and China. Ideal candidates have a Diploma in a related field, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and support account growth.
• Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Proactively identify potential growth opportunities, risks, and business needs.
• Support continuation and expansion of existing customer programmes.
• Track and develop sales opportunities from initial enquiry through follow-up.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and commercial submissions.
• Work closely with engineering teams on product feasibility and technical discussions.
• Support Key Account Managers in managing strategic customer accounts.
• Coordinate activities across Fu Yu sites in Singapore, Malaysia, and China.
• Monitor customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and corrective actions.
• Maintain quotation records and assist with sales forecasting.
• Prepare account reports and support regular account reviews.
• Maintain project documentation and update internal systems.
• Assist with the preparation of customer presentations and account-related materials
