Job summary

NEXBRIDGE Recruitment Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Account/Business Development Assistant to manage assigned customer accounts, act as the primary commercial contact, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

You will support proposals and quotations, coordinate with engineering teams on product feasibility, maintain quotation records, and help with sales forecasting and regular account reviews across Singapore, Malaysia and China.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related discipline is required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Sales-oriented with interest in sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and support account growth.
• Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Proactively identify potential growth opportunities, risks, and business needs.
• Support the continuation and expansion of existing customer programmes.
• Track and develop sales opportunities from initial enquiry through follow-up.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and commercial submissions.
• Work closely with engineering teams on product feasibility and technical discussions.
• Support Key Account Managers in managing strategic customer accounts.
• Coordinate activities across Fu Yu sites in Singapore, Malaysia, and China.
• Monitor customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and corrective actions.
• Maintain quotation records and assist with sales forecasting.
• Prepare account reports and support regular account reviews.
• Maintain project documentation and update internal systems.
• Assist with the preparation of customer presentations and account-related materials

Job Requirements:
