MLS Logistics Services Pte. Ltd. seeks a Client Partner to manage strategic client relationships and deliver services aligned with client expectations and business objectives.
You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, driving satisfaction, operational performance, and revenue growth across multiple functions.
The primary task is responsible for managing strategic client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of services that meet client expectations and business objectives. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, providing consultative support, driving customer satisfaction, optimizing operational performance, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The Client Partner works collaboratively across multiple functions to deliver value-added solutions and maintain long-term client partnerships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and cultivate strong, long-term relationships.
Understand clients' business objectives, operational requirements, and strategic priorities.
Provide proactive recommendations and solutions that support client goals and improve outcomes.
Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and expand service offerings.
Partner with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to develop and execute client engagement strategies.
Analyze client feedback, performance metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support initiatives that enhance client retention, loyalty, and revenue growth.
Contribute to business development activities and strategic account planning.
Manage client inquiries, requests, and escalations effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational, commercial, and service-related issues.
Ensure timely implementation of solutions that support client requirements.
Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Support and advise clients on purchase order management for both purchase and consignment models.
Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to ensure adequate stock availability.
Ensure adherence to contractual terms and inventory management requirements.
Support efficient utilization of inventory, warehouse space, and cash flow.
Collaborate with internal supply chain and operations teams to optimize inventory performance.
Represent and support clients throughout tender management processes.
Coordinate the preparation, submission, and negotiation of tenders with public and private healthcare organizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.
Support the management of long-term supply agreements and contractual obligations.
Monitor tender outcomes and identify opportunities to improve future submissions.
Prepare and present regular performance reports and business reviews to clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and activities.
Track key performance indicators, including client satisfaction, service delivery performance, inventory metrics, and revenue growth.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve client outcomes and operational efficiency.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Product teams to align business objectives with client needs.
Facilitate effective communication and information sharing across departments.
Support implementation of initiatives that enhance client experience and business performance.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
Relevant experience in client management, account management, customer success, healthcare, medical devices, or a related industry.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing tenders, contracts, and commercial agreements is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
