We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Assistant Manager, AMBD, to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic corporate, insurer and broker accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional client experience, driving account retention, identifying opportunities for service expansion, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative healthcare solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.

Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, insurers and employee benefits brokers, serving as the primary relationship manager.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers through regular engagement and business reviews.
Understand clients' business objectives, healthcare priorities and evolving needs to deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure a consistently high level of client satisfaction through proactive account management and responsive issue resolution.
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts, broker networks, and adjacent markets to grow Fullerton Health's market share, offering our suite of healthcare solutions including managed care, executive health screening, diagnostics, telemedicine, allied health, and wellness programmes.
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified new business opportunities, with accountability for achieving agreed new business revenue and/or new targets annually.
Lead the end-to-end business development process for new opportunities, including proposal development, pricing input, presentations, and tender submissions.
Collaborate with internal specialist teams (e.g., clinical, product, and pricing) to structure competitive solutions and win new business.
Work closely with brokers and intermediaries to build a consistent referral pipeline and expand Fullerton Health's presence within the broker channel.
Coordinate onboarding of new clients and implementation of new services or benefit enhancements.
Work closely with Operations, Clinical Services, Network Management, Finance and Product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Manage client requests, escalations and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure projects and client deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Monitor account performance against contractual obligations, SLAs and KPIs.
Analyse healthcare utilisation, claims trends and client data to generate meaningful insights and value-added recommendations.
Conduct regular business reviews, presenting performance metrics, service outcomes and strategic recommendations to clients.
Identify opportunities to improve programme effectiveness, member engagement and operational efficiencies.
Stay abreast of developments in healthcare, employee benefits and the insurance landscape.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
Share market insights and client feedback to support product innovation and continuous improvement.
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated healthcare solutions that address clients' needs.
Work with internal stakeholders to develop innovative programmes and service offerings that enhance client value.
Support strategic initiatives and organisational projects that strengthen Fullerton Health's market position and client experience.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
At least 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management or Business Development.
Experience in healthcare, managed care, insurance, employee benefits, healthcare consulting or B2B services will be highly advantageous.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior management.
Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
Commercially driven with the ability to identify growth opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret utilisation data and develop actionable recommendations.
Self-motivated, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
