Job summary

Bacha Coffee is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Singapore. You will support end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and candidate sourcing to screening, interview coordination, and onboarding for our fast-paced F&B environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Diploma in HR or related field preferred, with internship or project HR/recruitment experience considered advantageous.

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with minimal HR or recruitment experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with internship, part-time or project experience in HR, recruitment, F&B or hospitality will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups and offer preparation.
• Source and attract suitable candidates through job portals, recruitment platforms, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidates against job requirements and obtain timely interview feedback.
• Prepare employment-related documentation and coordinate pre-employment requirements, including medical check-ups, work pass applications and other necessary arrangements, where applicable.
• Facilitate onboarding arrangements for new hires and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, hiring trackers and recruitment reports, and provide updates on recruitment progress as required.
• Assist with recruitment campaigns, career fairs and other talent acquisition initiatives to support the company's hiring needs.
• Provide general administrative support for HR and recruitment activities.

About the role

The Junior Talent Acquisition Executive will support the HR team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process across Bacha Coffee. The role will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing pre-employment and onboarding arrangements, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to support timely and effective hiring, while also contributing to recruitment initiatives.
