Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Support Analyst (Open to Fresh/Junior) to lead and support the deployment of Solumina MES for a manufacturing client. You will gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure successful implementation through testing, training and post-deployment support.

The role emphasizes maintaining data integrity, creating quality checks, and working with engineering and shop floor teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in aerospace/ mechanical engineering.
• Experience in solution implementation, preferably in MES or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end deployment of Solumina MES for a manufacturing client.
• Gath er requirements and configure solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure smooth implementation via testing, training and post-deployment support.
• Maintain data integrity and create quality-check processes during transitions.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with engineering and shop teams.
