Job summary

G.M. International Safety Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Junior Sales Support to join our team in Kampong Ubi, Central Region. This full-time role supports the sales group with administrative tasks, order processing, and client communications, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.

You will maintain customer records in CRM, prepare quotations and invoices, schedule meetings, and assist with sales reporting. A diploma or higher qualification and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification is required.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with CRM systems or database management is preferred.

About the role
