• Position : Junior Sales & Application Engineer (Automation)
• Location : Bukit Batok
• Working hours : 5-day work week | Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 Basic + Company Quarterly Incentive + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus (1–3 months, depending on company performance)
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Automation Solution Provider

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries through cold and warm calling.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and contracts to achieve sales targets.
• Advise customers on product selection and suitability for their applications.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials and proof-of-concept testing.
• Develop tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electromechanical or Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in engineering or technical sales.
• A valid Class 3 driving licence would be an advantage.
