Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Junior Inside Sales Executive (Automation) to support the Outdoor Sales Engineers by handling inquiries, preparing proposals, and pursuing new business opportunities. You will collaborate with Product and Support Engineers to tailor quotations and maintain a healthy sales funnel.

The role is based in Bukit Batok with a 5-day work week, offering a competitive salary, company quarterly incentives, and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electromechanical or Industrial Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and support requests from Outdoor Sales Engineers.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare proposals and quotations with support from Product and Support Engineers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold and warm calling.
• Follow up on quotations and update the sales pipeline in the CRM system.

• Position : Junior Inside Sales Executive (Automation | Technical Sales | Sales Support)

• Location : Bukit Batok

• Working hours : 5-day work week | Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,200 Basic + Company Quarterly Incentive + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus (1–3 months, depending on company performance)

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Automation Solution Provider

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.

• A valid Class 3 driving licence would be an advantage.
