Job summary

Divine Space Construction PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to support cost management across construction and interior fit-out projects.

You will assist with cost estimation, measurements, and cost control to help keep projects on budget. This role requires a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, 2–3 years of experience, and familiarity with QS software and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of construction and costing principles.
• Familiarity with QS software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Perform quantity take-offs and measurements.
• Support tender preparation and evaluation processes.
• Monitor project costs and track variations.
• Assist in contract administration and documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
