Job summary

You will split time between preparing cost estimations, tender submissions and cost tracking, while supporting procurement and project administration.

The ideal candidate holds a QS-related diploma or degree, with 1–2 years of experience or fresh graduates welcomed, and strong Excel/AutoCAD familiarity will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or related construction field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong numerical sense, highly organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Measure and quantify materials from architectural and structural drawings.
• Assist in preparing tender submissions, cost estimations, and quotation extractions.
• Assist in quantity surveying tasks to monitor project costs and ensure cost control.
• Help prepare progress claims and verify subcontractor progress claims.
• Maintain organized files for project drawings, contracts, and variation orders.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive material quotes.
• Support daily site and office operations by managing administrative and procurement tasks efficiently.
• Update and maintain precise internal project cost tracking sheets and databases.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather data for cost analysis and reporting.
• Maintain organized records of project documentation and correspondence.
