Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking a Junior Project Manager to coordinate and monitor the construction progress of landed residential projects, including Detached Houses and Semi-Detached Houses. You will work with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and the project team to ensure works align with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and the project schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the overall progress of landed residential projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate structural, architectural, S&P, M&E, and external works.
• Monitor workmanship quality and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve site issues.
• Updates and report project issues, delays, and risks to the Project Manager.
