Job summary

EQUIPTEST ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an NPI/Project Coordination professional in Singapore to support prototype-to-production releases.

You will coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Operations, track schedules, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in NPI or manufacturing coordination, and are proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in NPI, project coordination, manufacturing or operations.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings and GD&T is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
