Job summary

CHAWK Technology Int'l (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated program manager to lead product programs from concept to production in a semiconductor environment, ensuring customer requirements are met and projects stay on schedule.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, cost control, and clear documentation of engineering changes, with opportunities to drive cost-down initiatives and production ramp readiness, while maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NITEC or higher in mechanical/precision/manufacturing engineering.
• 2-3 years in semiconductor manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to read engineering blueprints and sketches.
• ERP knowledge and manufacturing industry experience is a plus.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC preferably in Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years or relevant experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or equivalent environment is preferred
• Ability to read and follow engineering blueprints and sketches
• Good program management, leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of ERP and experience in the manufacturing industry will be advantage
