Job summary

Equiptest Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive NPI and Project Coordination professional to drive schedules, milestones, and key deliverables across engineering, manufacturing, planning, procurement, quality, and operations. You will support prototype builds through production release and help ensure smooth ramp-up and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, ERP familiarity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in NPI, project coordination, manufacturing or operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of GD&T is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track project schedules, milestones, action items, and key deliverables
• Support NPI projects from prototype builds through production release
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Operations teams
• Follow up on project actions and provide status updates to stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and reports
• Schedule and coordinate project review meetings and follow up on action items
• Support manufacturing readiness, pilot builds, and production ramp-up activities
• Assist with BOM validation, ERP setup, and engineering change implementation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities
