Job summary

Street Food Collective Pte Ltd is seeking a Baking & Production Support team member to assist bakers in daily preparation, portioning, and baking of pastries, cakes, and other bakery products. You will follow SOPs and hygiene protocols, prepare trays and utensils, and help with packing, labeling, and dispatch while maintaining clean, organized workstations.

A 5-day work week, strong written and spoken communication, and the ability to build relationships with clients to understand their needs

Responsibilities

• Assist bakers in daily preparation, portioning, and baking of pastries, cakes, and other bakery products according to recipes and standards.
• Help with ingredient weighing, mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking processes.
• Ensure consistent product quality by following established SOPs and hygiene protocols.
• Prepare baking trays, mold and utensils before production and clean them after use.
• Support product packing, labelling, and dispatch preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment at all times.
