Goodwood Park Hotel Singapore is seeking a Pastry team member to support the preparation, production and presentation of our pastries and cakes during seasonal productions. You will work under the Pastry Sous Chef and contribute to high standards of quality and consistency.

The role involves ingredient handling, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene standards. Working hours for events are 9am–6pm with a 5-day week, and remuneration is SGD 120 per day for each production

Formación

• Valid WSH Food Hygiene Certificate (1)

Responsabilidades

• Support the Pastry Team in the preparation, production and presentation of pastries and cakes.
• Sorting, peeling, cutting, washing and drying of ingredients.
• Ensuring that the kitchen is kept in a clean state.
