Job summary

Concentric is seeking a Junior Open-Source Intelligence Analyst to be embedded with a Singapore client. The role is full-time and remote, requiring eligibility to work in Singapore and a willingness to work varied hours as part of a 24/7 team.

You will monitor open-source information, analyze threats, and produce clear risk assessments. The team emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and proactive threat management across global operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of OSINT/trust and safety/fraud/intelligence/investigations experience or equivalent skills.
• Hands-on open-source research: social media investigation, Boolean searches, reverse image search, geolocation, and account attribution.
• Strong critical thinking to weigh incomplete evidence, assess risk, and propose proportionate responses.
• Basic SQL or willingness to learn within 90 days.
• Excellent writing and concise notes for stakeholders.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays due to events.
• Comfort with changing requirements and priorities.
• Experience identifying and analyzing threats by POIs.
• Ability to communicate status and risks proactively.
• Experience handling highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Monitor social media and public sources with OSINT tools to identify client mentions and events.
• Investigate posts to connect promoters/venues to client activity across accounts and listings.
• Query account/listing data using internal tools; use identifiers to link ads to reservations.
• Assess risk level and recommend tactical mitigations from review to enforcement.
• Escalate cases with clear, evidence-backed write-ups and document steps in case management.
• Follow company policies on privacy and confidential information in investigations.
• Track case volume, flag recurring promoters/venues, share patterns with GI team.
• Research international locations for client visits regarding safety and travel tips.
