Job summary

Dragos, Inc. seeks an OT Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to embed with a Singapore government security team. You will lead threat hunts, deliver tailored intelligence, and influence government strategy while collaborating with Dragos delivery teams to maximize impact.

The role requires hands-on threat hunting, analysis of ICS/OT data sources, and clear communication of risks to non-technical stakeholders. Remote-first, Singapore-focused, with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• ;4+ years in cyber threat intelligence using multiple data sources to develop analysis products.
• Hands-on threat hunting including packet capture analysis and industrial protocol inspection.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with independent stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in CTI writing and threat modeling frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK for ICS).
• Experience with data aggregation, hunting, and analysis tools (e.g., Synapse) and AI/LLM in CTI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Directly support the client with ICS/OT CTI needs, including high-stakes national security priorities.
• Drive ICS/OT CTI research, analysis, and threat hunts using proprietary and commercial resources.
• Establish baseline OT asset and network behaviors using Dragos Platform, Synapse, and other tools.
• Contextualize ICS/OT threats for client objectives and recommend mitigations.
• Translate hunt results into MITRE ATT&CK for ICS mappings for non-technical stakeholders.
• Support incident response engagements and exercises.
• Develop industry-focused ICS/OT CTI content and provide feedback to internal teams.
