Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience or education in threat monitoring
• Strong networking and cybersecurity knowledge
• Experience with SIEM technologies and alert triage
• Linux and Python scripting proficiency
• Ability to work under time pressure with SLAs

Responsibilities

• Receive and triage alerts from SIEM platform
• Analyze threats across multiple customers and time zones
• Report security threats with actionable fixes
• Support incident response under SLA-driven timelines
