Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a results-driven sales professional to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, drive repeat business, and provide commercial and technical support throughout the sales process.

The role involves visiting customers, monitoring market trends, and assisting with payments collection, with a 5-day work week (Mon-Fri) and one Saturday per month after probation; basic salary up to SGD 5,200.

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proven track record of new sales development.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Independent, energetic, customer driven and self-motivated.
• High degree of initiative, drive and responsibility.
• Must possess class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to identify market opportunities and pricing insights.
• Manage incoming sales requests while providing commercial and technical support throughout the sales process.
• Conduct customer visits to understand requirements, discuss solutions and strengthen business relationships.
• Follow up on outstanding customer accounts and support timely collection of payments.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and assignments as directed by the management team.
