Toshiba TEC Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Marketing Executive to support business development, manage quotations, and drive strategic initiatives. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, schedules, and compliant documentation, while engaging customers to grow the business.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional units to optimize costs, maintain data integrity in systems, and ensure export control compliance throughout the sales

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of working experience in an OEM/ODM manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of BOM structure, product costing, and P&L tracking.
• Understanding of Export Control compliance.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to perform overtime work.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and negotiate product quotations, costs, and contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with development and project management teams to propose new products tailored to customer needs.
• Coordinate with various departments to collect and verify cost information for accurate pricing decisions.
• Lead contract review processes with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Maintain accurate pricing and customer data within internal systems to support business operations.
• Update and manage company profiles and presentation materials for effective external communication.
• Lead Business Quality Reviews – End of Life (BQR-E) with relevant teams to manage product lifecycle quality.
• Manage early-stage business opportunities with existing customers to drive growth and retention.
• Ensure adherence to Export Control requirements and assist in audit processes to maintain regulatory compliance.
