TOSHIBA TEC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement-oriented professional to manage quotations, negotiate costs and contracts, and coordinate across departments in a manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes export control compliance, product costing, BOM awareness, and supporting sales growth through accurate pricing and data management.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in an OEM/ODM manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) structure, product costing, and profit and loss tracking
• Understanding of Export Control compliance
• Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to perform overtime work
• Open to candidates with no prior working experience

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and negotiate product quotations, costs, and contracts to secure favorable terms and support sales objectives
• Collaborate with development and project management teams to propose new products tailored to customer needs
• Coordinate with various departments to collect and verify cost information for accurate pricing decisions
• Initiate and lead contract review processes with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance
• Maintain accurate pricing and customer data within internal systems to support business operations
• Update and manage company profiles and presentation materials for effective external communication
• Lead Business Quality Reviews – End of Life (BQR-E) with relevant teams to manage product lifecycle quality
• Manage early-stage business opportunities with existing customers to drive growth and retention
• Ensure adherence to Export Control requirements and assist in audit processes to maintain regulatory compliance
