The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Vessel Operation Executive in Singapore to coordinate vessel schedules with terminals, suppliers, and service providers and to manage port formalities and crew-related matters.

You will submit documentation to Port Authority, arrange ship spares, monitor ETAs, and assist with crew operations while supporting the supervisor and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Maritime required.
• Training Provided.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with vessels, terminals, suppliers, and service providers on vessel schedules.
• Manage vessel arrivals, departures, and port formalities, including tug/pilot arrangements and crew-related matters.
• Submit required documentation to the Port Authority and other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Arrange and supervise the supply and delivery of ship spares, stores, provisions, and services.
• Monitor vessel ETAs and track vessel movements while in port.
• Handle vessel and cargo documentation.
• Assist with crew operations, documentation, and crew change coordination.
• Prepare and submit estimated and final port disbursement accounts to owners.
• Liaise with shipowners and principals regarding agency appointments, SOA updates, and payments.
• Provide operational support to the immediate supervisor and perform additional duties as assigned.
