Job summary

Seven Seas Global Logistics (7SGL) in Singapore is hiring a Junior Maritime Logistics Specialist to support the fast-moving ship-spares flow. You will help ensure parts reach vessels on time, coordinating warehouse movements and deck deliveries with precision.

You’ll liaise with international suppliers and freight forwarders, maintain delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices, and help track shipments while solving issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies or related field.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years in logistics.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems.
• Positive attitude and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end ship spares from warehouse to vessel deck.
• Liaise with international suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Maintain accurate logistics documents: delivery orders, packing lists, invoices.
• Track shipments, assist with customs clearance, and resolve issues.
• Support Operations Manager in scaling start-up processes.

Your Mission

No boring coffee runs here. You are the heartbeat of our daily operations. You ensure that multimillion-dollar vessels get their parts exactly when and where they need them.

• Master the Flow: Coordinate the entire journey of ship spares – from arrival at our warehouse straight to the vessel's deck.
• Be the Connector: Liaise directly with international suppliers, shipping agents, and freight forwarders. You make things happen.
• Control the Paperwork: Keep our logistics documents (delivery orders, packing lists, invoices) flawless.
• Solve the Puzzle: Track shipments in real-time, tackle custom clearances, and solve challenges before they become problems.
• Grow the Business: Work closely with our Operations Manager and bring your own ideas to help scale our start-up processes.
