Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking an entry-level robotics field service role based across Singapore Islandwide. You will operate robots, perform site deployments, and provide customer training while traveling to various client locations.

The position involves day and night shifts, hands-on installation, and on-site support. OT and shift allowances are typical benefits alongside a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Entry level welcomed.
• Willing to travel across Singapore.
• Willing to work day and night shifts.
• Comfortable working in restroom environments.
• Hands-on deployment and installation experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate robots to scan and map areas, identify layouts and features.
• Set up robots at new locations and ensure proper installation.
• Carry out basic checks and troubleshooting when robots have issues.
• Train customers on day-to-day use and basic maintenance.
• Report or escalate more serious technical problems to the tech team.
• Travel to different sites around Singapore to support installations and deployments.

• Set up robots at new locations, making sure they are properly installed and ready to operate.
• Carry out basic checks and troubleshooting when the robot has operational problems.
• Train customers on how to use the robot on a day-to-day basis and perform basic maintenance.

• Travel to different sites around Singapore to support robot installations, testing, and deployments.

Job Requirement

• Entry Level is welcomed
• Comfortable working in restroom environments.
• Willing to do hands‑on deployment and installation work.
• Can perform day shifts and night shift work
• Willing to travel to different deployment locations throughout Singapore.
• Has technician, installation, maintenance, or other hands‑on experience as an advantage.
