Job summary

XG Tech PTE.LTD. is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide day-to-day legal support across HR, administration, procurement and R&D in Singapore.

You will draft, review and manage NDAs, MoUs and commercial agreements, perform regulatory research, and help develop contract templates and internal processes for a fast-growing tech company with local and overseas stakeholders. A Law degree and admission to the Singapore Bar are required, with 2–3 years of relevant in-house or law-firm experience; strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law; admitted to the Singapore Bar.
2–3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
Strong research, drafting and contract review skills, including NDAs, MoUs and commercial agreements.
Analytical, detail-oriented and commercially minded.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day legal support to HR, administration, procurement, R&D, marketing and other functions.
Draft, review and manage NDAs, MoUs and commercial agreements.
Review contracts for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Conduct legal and regulatory research to support operations and decision-making.
Support trade compliance screening and due diligence.
