Job summary

G3 (SG) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Junior Legal Counsel (2 to 4 PQE) to support the In-House Counsel with contract reviews and drafting, inter-company agreements and corporate secretarial documents.

You will provide business-enabling advice and manage the contracts database, coordinating with multiple business units across territories. The role requires clear communication, independence, and a proactive approach, with a preference for knowledge of local arbitration and retail industry

Qualifications

• Experience in contract review, drafting and negotiation (leases, NDAs, distribution agreements).
• Basic knowledge of personal data protection, consumer rights, IP and competition in Singapore.
• Willingness to learn, write clearly, and handle administrative tasks.
• Interest in the retail sector and understanding of related business processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist In-House Counsel with contract review, drafting and negotiation.
• Prepare and maintain inter-company agreements and corporate secretarial documents.
• Provide business-enabling legal advice based on sound principles.
• Manage contracts database and coordinate with business units across territories.
• Liaise with external vendors/partners to keep projects on track.
