You will support the business team as the company scales across Southeast Asia, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements while staying ahead of regulatory developments. The role requires a law degree with 1+ year of experience, and the ability to work in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Qualifikationen

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and platform agreements.
• Provide day-to-day legal support for operations, compliance and governance.
• Research and monitor laws and regulations across SEA markets.
• Handle employment matters, customer disputes and incident response as they arise.
• Coordinate with external counsel and overseas HQ on legal matters.
• Develop compliance guidelines and support business teams on risk awareness.
