Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking an HR professional to support day-to-day employee operations across the organisation in Singapore. The role spans HR coordination and administrative activities along the employee lifecycle, with exposure to local and foreign workforce matters.

You will handle joining and exit processes, maintain records, and work with Payroll and other teams. The position is a 1-year contract with potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• About 2 years in HR operations, administration or a similar HR support function.
• Experience in construction/engineering/infrastructure industries is a plus.
• Strong organisation and coordination with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and HRIS systems.
• Open to 1-year contract with possible permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate joining process for new hires, including documentation and immigration.
• Handle exit administration, clearances, payroll, and related processes.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR and employment matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data.
• Administer contracts and extensions for temporary staff.
• Track document validity and coordinate renewals.
• Collaborate with Payroll on employee-related admin.
• Maintain HR records per internal requirements.
• Provide general HR operational support as needed.
