Job summary

BearyFun Gym in Singapore is looking for a Junior Gym Coach to join our growing team. You will lead fun, structured gymnastics classes for children from 18 months to 12 years, adapting our progressive curriculum to each child’s age and pace.

You’ll help keep classes safe and engaging, support parents with progress updates, travel between our gym and school locations, and work with senior coaches and the Centre Manager. Ongoing training and pathway toward coaching certification are provided.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with children and gymnastics or movement.
• Experience coaching or working with young children is an advantage.
• Clear communicator with both children and parents.
• Willing to travel between gym and school locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fun, structured gymnastics classes for children aged 18 months to 12 years.
• Follow and adapt our progressive curriculum to each child's age, ability and pace.
• Keep classes engaging, focused and positive, using age-appropriate behaviour guidance.
• Update parents on their child's progress and handle questions warmly and professionally.
