The Lo & Behold Group in Singapore is seeking a friendly, proactive team member to support daily cafe operations and deliver high levels of customer service. You will help supervise staff, ensure smooth service, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

This role focuses on teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail. You will assist with inventory, training new staff, and coordinating with marketing for in-store promotions, while maintaining SOPs and a clean, welcoming venue.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day food service operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth and efficient service during shifts
• Supervise and guide the team on the floor, leading by example in serving customers
• Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
• Monitor venue equipment and facilities, and report any maintenance issues for follow-up
• Conduct regular checks on the general cleanliness and upkeep of the venue, and take corrective action where necessary
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service, product preparation, hygiene, cleanliness and daily operations are consistently followed by the team
• Assist with stock-taking, inventory tracking, and placing orders through the central ordering system
• Assist with shift rostering and complete daily paperwork and operational records
• Review Point of Sales (POS) reports and sales trends, and flag observations to the Manager to support cost control and stock planning
• Assist in onboarding and training new staff to ensure operational readiness
• Support Marketing with the execution of promotional activities and in-store campaigns
