Job summary

AIRROWES GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Junior Customer Service Executive to support our freight forwarding operations in Singapore. You will handle daily inquiries and coordinate shipment movements, liaising with customers and partners.

We offer a 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday schedule at our Central location; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding/logistics is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily customer enquiries and shipment follow-ups.
• Coordinate Air, LCL, FCL and local delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters and warehouses.
• Prepare and check shipping documents such as HBL/MBL, HAWB/MAWB, DO and permits.
• Monitor shipment status, ETD/ETA and delivery arrangements.
• Assist with job costing, billing and monthly job closing.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and provide timely updates to customers.
• Support the sales and operations team on daily activities.
