Job summary

SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Junior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join the AI Engineering team. You will help design, deploy, and scale AI-powered solutions in production environments, collaborating with senior engineers and customer stakeholders.

You will gain hands-on experience with Python (or Go/Rust), modern ML frameworks, and cloud-based workflows, while learning from experts and delivering measurable business impact for customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python or a comparable programming language such as Go or Rust.
• Familiarity with modern AI and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, data modelling, and system design principles.
• Experience contributing to software development projects using collaborative and version-controlled workflows.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and learning agility with a customer-focused mindset.
