Job summary

Argyll Scott is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Solutions engineer who enjoys building production-ready systems, working directly with customers, and turning AI opportunities into deployed solutions.

You will design and deploy AI and agentic systems for enterprise use cases, build integrations, APIs, and data pipelines, and monitor AI performance in production while collaborating with customers to deliver AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software/AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience building and deploying AI products or agentic systems.
• Familiarity with RAG, MCP, agent orchestration, and modern AI tooling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong system design and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

What We're Looking For

• Minimally 3+ years of software engineering or AI engineering experience
• Strong Python skills
• Experience building and deploying AI products or agentic systems
• Familiarity with RAG, MCP, agent orchestration, and modern AI tooling
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong system design and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise AI deployments
• Knowledge of AI observability, evaluation, and monitoring
• Familiarity with TypeScript, SQL, Java, or Go
• Exposure to PyTorch, TensorFlow, or other ML frameworks
