Job summary

DM Financial PTE. LIMITED in Singapore offers an internship as a Junior Associate to assist in preparing financial reports for regulated investment funds and investment vehicles domiciled in multiple jurisdictions.

You will perform admin and quality checks, review statements for formatting, and help prepare schedules and working papers for timely completion while liaising with senior staff. This role provides exposure to IFRS/GAAP, mentorship from a growing team, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

Related degree or qualification is required.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Ability to plan, prioritise between tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work on own initiative is important.
Some accounting industry experience is advantageous.
Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP would be beneficial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is expected.

Responsibilities

Perform admin and quality checks on financial statements prepared by the team.
Review financial statements for formatting, spelling, cross-references, pagination and presentation.
Assist in preparing supporting schedules, working papers and documentation for statement completion.
Present financial statements for review to senior staff.
Update and maintain tracking logs, checklists and internal records.
Liaise with internal team members and external parties regarding statements.
Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
