Job summary
Market Leading Asset Management Group in Singapore or Hong Kong is seeking a talented junior lawyer to join its growing Asia team. You will advise on private investment funds, including formation, structuring and capitalisation, and work with sponsors and investment advisors as part of a global team.

Qualifications
- Up to 2 PQE in private funds
- Experience advising fund managers on formation/structuring
- Admission to practice in US and/or England/Wales
Responsibilities
- Work on a wide range of transactions advising fund sponsors and investment advisors in the structuring, formation and capitalisation of private investment funds.
