The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Accountant to perform general accounting, including revenue and cost accounting, payable processing and the preparation of monthly management reports and audit schedules.

You will prepare journal entries to close monthly accounts and conduct bank reconciliations. Responsibilities also include GST returns, weekly sales/inventory reports, month-end and year-end closings, and ad hoc duties as required.

Competenze

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or ACCA or equivalent.
• Min 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting.
• Proficient in SAP B1 and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Perform general accounting functions including revenue & cost accounting, payable processing and preparation of monthly management reports and audit schedules.
• Prepare required journal entry to facilitate monthly accounting closure.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly audit schedules.
• Prepare quarterly GST return.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports for weekly reporting & meeting.
• Carry out month end and year-end closing activities.
• To handle any other adhoc duties assigned by Superior from time to time.
