Job summary

SNKH Services is seeking a proactive Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration services at customer sites in Singapore. You will follow approved procedures and use the CRM system to document service activities and reports.

Fresh graduates from ITE or Polytechnic with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to travel between sites will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from ITE or Polytechnic with an interest in field service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments.
• Able to travel between customer sites and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration services in accordance with approved procedures, checklists and service requirements.
• Carry out field service activities safely, efficiently and professionally at customer sites.
• Complete and update PM checklists accurately and maintain good documentation practices.
• Use the designated CRM/ticketing system to update and close service jobs promptly.
• Provide completed checklists and electronic service reports to customers following service activities.
• Maintain service quality and support achievement of the targeted on-time PM completion rate of 95%.
• Communicate service status, issues and follow-up requirements clearly to customers.
• Use company-provided tools and test equipment appropriately and maintain them in serviceable condition.
