HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a junior electrical site engineer to support a large-scale power installation project at Tuas. Fresh diploma holders or junior candidates gain hands-on exposure on site and work a 5-day schedule.

The role features a basic SGD 3,000–4,000 monthly salary, requires reading electrical drawings, and emphasizes safety compliance and collaboration with contractors and consultants on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering awarded by BCA Academy or polytechnics.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 0–1 year site/attachment experience is a plus.
• Able to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
• Conversational Mandarin is a plus for site coordination.
• CSOC completed is advantageous; sponsorship can be provided if needed.
• Open to all qualified applicants and willing to work full-time on a Tuas construction site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and check electrical installation works including cabling, trays, terminations, panels, lighting, and power distribution.
• Check works against approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Support testing and commissioning activities and prepare test records.
• Coordinate daily with subcontractors, the main contractor, and consultants on-site.
• Submit daily/weekly progress reports; maintain QA/QC records, inspection checklists, and as-built records.
• Raise site issues, variations, and material needs promptly to the Site Manager.
• Follow WSH requirements and company safety procedures.
