HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a junior electrical site professional to supervise installation works at our Tuas project.

The role provides hands-on exposure to large-scale electrical installation and commissioning on-site for fresh diploma holders. This permanent position requires full-time work on site from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. You will work closely with the Site Manager, subcontractors, and engineers, and you may coordinate with bilingual stakeholders in English and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) awarded by BCA Academy, local polytechnics, or other BCA-approved qualifications.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 0-1 year of site/internship experience with an M&E contractor, power utility, or EPC contractor is a plus.
• Able to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
• Conversational Mandarin is a plus to coordinate with bilingual stakeholders on-site (English and Mandarin both used).
• Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) completed is advantageous (sponsorship can be provided if needed).
• Open to all qualified applicants.
• Willing to work full-time on a construction site in Tuas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and check electrical installation works including cabling, cable trays, terminations, panels, lighting, and power distribution
• Check works against approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Support testing and commissioning activities and prepare test records
• Coordinate daily with subcontractors, the main contractor, and consultants on-site
• Submit daily/weekly progress reports; maintain QA/QC records, inspection checklists, and as-built records
• Raise site issues, variations, and material needs promptly to the Site Manager
• Follow WSH requirements and company safety procedures
