HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a junior Electrical/Mechanical Engineering graduate for a hands-on role on a Tuas construction site.

The position welcomes fresh diploma holders and provides exposure to electrical installation, testing, and commissioning on a live project. You will work a 5-day week, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with a company shuttle from Singapore. This permanent role requires reading drawings, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring safety and QA/QC.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 0–1 year site/internship experience is a plus.
• Able to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
• Conversational Mandarin is a plus for on-site coordination.
• CSOC completed is advantageous (sponsorship may be provided).
• Willing to work full-time on a construction site in Tuas.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise electrical installation works: cabling, trays, terminations, panels, lighting and power distribution.
• Check works against approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Assist testing and commissioning and prepare test records.
• Coordinate daily with subcontractors, main contractor and consultants on-site.
• Submit progress reports and maintain QA/QC records and as-built records.
• Raise site issues, variations, and material needs promptly to the Site Manager.
• Follow WSH requirements and safety procedures.

Join a leading power construction specialist supporting an active project site in Tuas. This permanent role is ideal for fresh diploma holders or junior candidates seeking hands-on exposure to large-scale electrical installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and check electrical installation works including cabling, cable trays, terminations, panels, lighting, and power distribution
• Check works against approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Support testing and commissioning activities and prepare test records
• Coordinate daily with subcontractors, the main contractor, and consultants on-site
• Submit daily/weekly progress reports; maintain QA/QC records, inspection checklists, and as-built records
• Raise site issues, variations, and material needs promptly to the Site Manager
• Follow WSH requirements and company safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) awarded by BCA Academy, local polytechnics, or other BCA-approved qualifications
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 0-1 year of site, internship, or industrial attachment experience with an M&E contractor, power utility, or EPC contractor is a plus
• Able to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams
• Conversational Mandarin is a plus to coordinate with bilingual stakeholders on-site (English and Mandarin both used)
• Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) completed is advantageous (sponsorship can be provided if needed)
• Open to all qualified applicants
• Willing to work full-time on a construction site in Tuas
