HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is recruiting a junior Electrical Construction Supervisor to join our Tuas project site.

You will gain hands-on exposure to large-scale electrical installation and commissioning on a live construction site. The role is full-time, five days a week, with a monthly salary of SGD 3,000–4,000. Fresh diploma holders are welcome and will work under the Site Manager, coordinating with subcontractors and consultants while maintaining QA, safety, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 0–1 year site/industrial attachment experience is a plus.
• Able to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
• Conversational Mandarin is a plus for on-site coordination.
• CSOC certification is advantageous (sponsorship possible).

Responsabilités

• Supervise and check electrical installation works on site (cabling, trays, terminations, panels, lighting, power distribution).
• Check works against drawings, specs and method statements.
• Support testing and commissioning activities and prepare test records.
• Coordinate daily with subcontractors, main contractor, and consultants on site.
• Submit daily/weekly progress reports; maintain QA/QC records and as-built records.
• Raise site issues, variations, and material needs to Site Manager.
• Follow WSH requirements and company safety procedures.

Basic Salary: SGD $3,000 - $4,000 / month

Location: Tuas (Company shuttle bus provided)

Work Schedule: 5-Day (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Join a leading power construction specialist supporting an active project site in Tuas. This permanent role is ideal for fresh diploma holders or junior candidates seeking hands-on exposure to large-scale electrical installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and check electrical installation works including cabling, cable trays, terminations, panels, lighting, and power distribution
• Check works against approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Support testing and commissioning activities and prepare test records
• Coordinate daily with subcontractors, the main contractor, and consultants on-site
• Submit daily/weekly progress reports; maintain QA/QC records, inspection checklists, and as-built records
• Raise site issues, variations, and material needs promptly to the Site Manager
• Follow WSH requirements and company safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) awarded by BCA Academy, local polytechnics, or other BCA-approved qualifications
• Fresh graduates are welcome ; 0-1 year of site, internship, or industrial attachment experience with an M&E contractor, power utility, or EPC contractor is a plus
• Able to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams
• Conversational Mandarin is a plus to coordinate with bilingual stakeholders on-site (English and Mandarin both used)
• Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) completed is advantageous (sponsorship can be provided if needed)
• Open to all qualified applicants
• Willing to work full-time on a construction site in Tuas
