Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Tuas is seeking a fresh diploma holder for a permanent on-site electrical role. You will supervise electrical installations, coordinate with subcontractors and main contractors, and assist in testing and commissioning on-site.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering and reading electrical drawings; Mandarin is a plus. CSOC completion is advantageous, with full-time commitment on a construction site in Tuas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and check electrical installation works including cabling, cable trays, terminations, panels, lighting, and power distribution
• Check works against approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Support testing and commissioning activities and prepare test records
• Coordinate daily with subcontractors, the main contractor, and consultants on-site
• Submit daily/weekly progress reports; maintain QA/QC records, inspection checklists, and as-built records
• Raise site issues, variations, and material needs promptly to the Site Manager
• Follow WSH requirements and company safety procedures

Work Schedule: 5-Day (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and check electrical installation works including cabling, cable trays, terminations, panels, lighting, and power distribution

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) awarded by BCA Academy, local polytechnics, or other BCA-approved qualifications
• Fresh graduates are welcome ; 0-1 year of site, internship, or industrial attachment experience with an M&E contractor, power utility, or EPC contractor is a plus
• Able to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams
• Conversational Mandarin is a plus to coordinate with bilingual stakeholders on-site (English and Mandarin both used)
• Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) completed is advantageous (sponsorship can be provided if needed)
