Qualifikationen

• LL.B or J.D. from a recognised institution.
• Admission to the Bar is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of relevant private practice or in-house experience.
• Experience in corporate, commercial, M&A or compliance matters.

Aufgaben

• Provide legal and commercial support on corporate and business matters.
• Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements and corporate documents.
• Advise on legal, regulatory and compliance issues to manage risk.
• Support corporate transactions, due diligence and strategic investments.
