Job summary

STAFFLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an in-house Legal Counsel to support our legal team in Singapore. You will provide essential legal advice, draft and negotiate contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance across business units.

The role targets candidates transitioning from law firms to in-house roles, with a contract initially for six months and potential conversion to permanent. The successful candidate will work closely with our legal counsels, handle documentation, and contribute

Qualifications

• LLB from a reputable university in a commonwealth jurisdiction or equivalent.
• 0 to 2 years PQE.
• In-house experience in construction, utilities, power, infra, or law firm background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on contracts, corporate structuring, compliance, banking and finance, construction, employment, and dispute resolution.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and term sheets in construction/energy sectors.
• Conduct legal research to support business operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with drafting corporate secretarial documents, policies, guidelines and legal templates.
• Administrative tasks: filing, document organization, and managing contract templates.
